adopting a healthy lifestyle". Timi is a registered dietitian
who started the website as an extension of her own in private practice.
Timi provides her expertise in nutrition and Cynthia Fink is the
Chief Technical Officer, who designs the easy to use format.

The Nutritional Profile
which provides personalized daily calorie and nutrient information
based on individual needs and goals. Tools
Assessment allows users to get additional information such as
target heart rate, waist/hip ratios, and body fat distribution,
body mass index, and calories burned during excercise, in order

are provided by a registered dietitian. The monthly fee for participation
in the Health Club is $9.95 plus a 5.00 set up fee, with discounts
for three and six month committments. Participants in the health
club service must have minimum computer system requirements which
include: a 486 processor, 16 mb of RAM, 28.8 modem, and Windows
95, 98 or NT 4.0 platform.
