About: Sanna James, M.S., R.D. is a registered dietitian and mother in private practice in Napa, California. “I started Tiny Tummies because I understand how concerned parents are about their children’s health, and also how busy they are.” "Kids learn to eat healthy food naturally when it tastes good and when their best role models, mom and dad, eat healthfully too." While pregnant with my daughter Juliana, I searched for children's nutrition resources, but realized that there were few reliable ones. My objective became clear: to publish a friendly, easy-to-understand, practical, and scientifically sound nutrition newsletter that makes good nutrition and delicious food fun.

What to look for: The Cream of the Crop is a monthly online nutrition column. It contains great healthy recipes and answers to common nutrition questions. Thought for food offers online examples of articles found in Tiny Tummies Newletter. Topics include: starting solid foods, general feeding guidelines, eating habits in the 90's, raising your kids to be healthy eaters, eating fruits and vegetables and more recipes. Tiny Tummies Tip for Today offers daily nutrition tips for visitors.
