Erin started her consulting business in 2006 and provides both clinical and nutrition counseling services. When it comes to advice, Erin practices what she preaches and truly enjoys the benefits a healthy lifestyle can provide. She is an avid runner, biker and hiker and has explored the ways in which nutrition can greatly improve physical performance. She recently completed her second marathon and plans to do more marathons and a variety of other road races in the future.
