Erin founded her private practice, Vernon Nutrition Center, LLC, in April 2004, just eight months after becoming a Registered Dietitian. Her private practice has now expanded to two office locations in Franklin and Ramsey NJ and serves thousands of patients each year. She works extremely hard and is usually found with her mobile phone to her ear, coordinating both practices. Her practice provides individual counseling for children and adults in the areas of weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, general wellness, and sports nutrition.

Susan Gralla RD, is the Nutrition Director of the Vernon Nutrition Center at Ramsey, holds a BS in Food and Nutrition from Marymount College of Fordham University. Ms. Gralla completed her Supervised Practice in Dietetics at the College of Saint Elizabeth. There she was recognized as completing the program with distinction in and received the Award of Academic Excellence. Recently, she has become one of only a handful of dietitians in the country to become a Certified Specialist in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management as well as a Certified Specialist in Adult Weight Management. Areas of specialization include obesity management, diabetes education, cholesterol and hypertension management, intestinal disorders and food allergies.
