Cynthia Kupper is the Executive Director of the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG), a national non-profit organization supporting persons with gluten intolerances since 1974. Their mission is to serve those with gluten intolerance, celiac disease and dematitis herpetiformis and other gluten sensitivities, in order to live healthy lives.
